We target investments into technology-enabled infrastructure and services companies in sub-Saharan Africa, with an emphasis on the Nigerian and South African markets. This strategy is expected to deliver significant enterprise development benefits to communities in the region as well as providing compelling returns to investors. We believe that successful investing in the region requires a more hands-on approach than in more developed markets therefore we operate on the ground from offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Johannesburg, South Africa.

We make predominantly growth capital investments and may take majority or minority positions. We only make equity and equity-linked investments in rapidly growing private companies in various stages of development that derive their competitive advantage from the development and exploitation of technology or technology-driven processes.
