Luke Chernosky

Prior to joining Adlevo Capital, Luke Chernosky was an investment banking analyst in the New York office of Lazard Frères & Co., a leading investment bank. He worked in the mergers and acquisitions group, where he advised a wide range of clients including financial technology, specialty finance, and global shipping companies. His financial advisory assignments include domestic and cross-border transactions up to $1.1 billion in value. Prior to joining Lazard, Luke interned at Pioneer Metals Group in Beijing, China with the risk management division. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Luke is a member of the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) Alumni Association, a New York-based organization comprising a network of America's leading professionals of color in investment banking, private equity, and corporate law.

Luke received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and in Asian Studies from Cornell University.. << Back
